      During my time with Family Resource Center, I was shown how to provide services to victims of domestic violence. Some of the services provided were helping client(s) find shelter or assisting them with any other need such as food, clothing, job seeking, church and/or but not limited to finding substance use/abuse groups. I was also able to lead the semesters group of interns in the centers yearly Domestic Violence Awareness Campaign. During the campaign, I made phone calls to local facilities and businesses to set up information tables and help make the public aware of this demographic.
