I had the pleasure of working with Felicia for a year when she was heading up our client's marketing and communications remit. She's an excellent communicator, a natural team leader and posses a strong can-do attitude. Her energy combined with honest and direct style ensured our involvement was fully focused on delivering results. I'd strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly capable, multi-lingual marketing lead.

To whom it may concern, I would like to offer up my personal and professional recommendation for Felicia Lueng. I had the privilege of working closely with Felica for over 4-years while she was the Marketing Director for the Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy in Sai Kung. Felicia had a challenging role with changing directions in terms of marketing messaging, legal challenges, management changes and more. She never flinched regardless of the challenges and subsequent workload. And she always had a smile on her face which helped everyone involved from management to her staff. As an outside service provider and operator to the project under the Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf brand, I had the luxury of providing my own opinions and insights which were the result of many years in the sports academy business and owning my own marketing agency. Whenever I would have a request for changes in copy or colours or design, Felicia was accommodating within the scope of the agreed to standards of HKGTA. She defended her position when my requests were not possible with a professional and pleasant delivery. It is always easier to accept defeat when the delivery is honest and fair. Felicia is an outstanding communicator in terms of follow up to emails, text messages, WeChat, and phone calls. I visited Hong Kong a great deal but most of our communication was from HK to the US and back. Even with the time zone challenges, we rarely missed a beat and never a deadline. I can only wish all my clients and work associates had this character trait! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. My contact information follows.
