  - team leader of 2 engineers & 6 technicians to achieve the goals of the company with respect to mechanical maintenance for rotating and static equipments. - Responsible for modifying and applying the preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all rotating, and static equipments. - Review the quality of execution of maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, inspections and corrective maintenance job routines are executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at World Class Standards using GMS computerized maintenance management system. - Preventive maintenance plan definition for equipments including all PMs intervals and maintenance work instruction (MWI) preparation. - All rotating and static equipments overhauling, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and cause failure analysis. - Have full knowledge in the use/application of workshop equipment and tools, and be able to offer innovative solutions for equipment repairs if fabrication required. - Rotating & static equipments trouble shooting diagnosis and cause failure analysis. - Machines history study for recommended upgrading and exchanges to avoid repeatable problems and achieve the minimum cost and longest running time. - Inspection and corrective maintenance reports writing of mechanical equipment. - Spare parts management including new spare parts requisition (MRs preparation), technical offers & tenders study and materials reviewing & inspection. -Ensure handling procedures are in place for all property (capitalized insurance spares, special tools etc.) to be handled with care to obtain its integrity and long service life and achieve minimum cost. - Study of new projects and new equipment selections with coordinates with Projects Div. - Commissioning & start up for the packages and new projects & have start-up problems experience -Alignment jobs(using dial indicators & laser alignment devices), vibration monitoring& vibration analysis required for rotating equipments.
