  During my internship at Healthcare Communication Matters (HCM), I undertook a multifaceted role that encompassed various aspects of content creation and communication strategy. As a creative force within the team, I engaged in designing, copywriting, and scheduling impactful LinkedIn posts, aligning them seamlessly with the company's branding and objectives. A significant part of my responsibilities involved collaborating closely with Dr. Furber, where we conducted regular brainstorming sessions to ideate compelling concepts for the website's blog posts. This collaboration enabled me to contribute to the creation of insightful and thought-provoking content that resonated with our target audience. One of the notable accomplishments during my tenure was my contribution to the HCM website's blog section. I authored, and published blogs that offered valuable insights into pertinent topics. A notable example of this was the article titled 'Kindness in the NHS Workforce: Addressing Internal Challenges', which shed light on the damaging effects of bullying and discrimination within the NHS. Additionally, I took the initiative to create a tailored survey aimed at gathering the unique experiences of medical students during their placements. This served as a valuable resource to identify communication gaps and challenges that students have witnessed within NHS staff teams allowing us to curate content that directly addressed their concerns. Through this internship, my skills as a writer, designer, and content developer have been honed and refined. The experience has equipped me with the ability to craft impactful narratives and visual elements to better tell the company's story. Looking forward, I am excited to leverage the insights gained during my time at HCM as I continue to evolve as a dynamic and versatile professional in the field of medicine, communication and content development.
