I worked with Fed for two years during his time at Fortitude. He was always dedicated to making an impact in his role, this was evident as the quality of his output was very important to him, meaning he never took any shortcuts. He has the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, as well as with internal and external stakeholders. Fed has a great ability to take a step away from a task or problem, and objectively analyse why we're doing it and how to do it in a more efficient way to provide a better outcome. This made him invaluable in many business improvement projects that he was involved in.
