      The European Voluntary Service (part of the Erasmus+ program) was a more complete experience than a normal internship. During my EVS: - I supported the planning and management of Europe-related events in the region of Thuringia. As a personal project I organized an event for young people about different opportunities to spend some time abroad with financial support in order to gain useful soft skills for their future career. (see projects). - I worked on informational material (Brochures, Presentations) in German and English and organized an informational trip to the European Institutions in Bruxelles for Mayors from Thuringia. - I attended two trainings in Hamburg and Köln with other EVS-Volunteers in Germany. I was also involved in learning activities in the regional parliament of Thuringia and in Weimar during the celebrations for the 25 years of the initiative "Weimar Triangle". Show less
