His focus on the task at hand, and ability to source the right tooling to is really quite impressive. Federico is an extremely bright and able developer - in his first week with us he quickly solved a problem that the senior developers were struggling with. He went on to deliver a great deal of high quality work in his time with SHAREIGHT. He is a very personable and good natured, team oriented person who works consistently and diligently.
