Biondi House is composed of one bedroom and one bathroom for an interior space of 45 square meters. Biondi House offers complete amenities including a washing/drying machine, air conditioning throughout the apartment, a built-in radio system, independent heating, iron & ironing board, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with satellite television, and noise-cancelling double-paned windows. The 125 square meter terrace provides a dining table and chairs underneath a wrought iron gazebo, complete customized garden and a weather-sensitive retractable awning. Available to all guests at Biondi House are several eno-gastronomic activities and services all arranged by the Biondi family themselves. These include, but are not limited to a curated wine list to select from before your arrival, sommelier service and guided private tastings, private dinners in the garden terrace, restaurant planning and even guided tours to vineyards outside of Rome.
