  On the basis of my professional experiences at ESA and EUROCONTROL, my research currently focuses on the areas of overlap between aviation, telecommunication and space law, such as the use of satellite technologies to support Communication, Navigation and Surveillance applications in Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM). My doctoral thesis, in particular, concerns the cooperation between ICAO and the ITU in the international regulation of aeronautical safety services and related frequency spectrum.
