Frederica worked as the Office and shop manager for the Green Co-Op store for Greenpop. Her duties were to oversee all the merchandinsing and sales of the store. The store had a number of sub tenants that Frederica was responsible for. The product range included sustainable, ethical and environmentally sound products. Frederica was highly knowledgeable and used her wide environmental and international skill base very successfully with both local and international customers and tourist visitors. Frederica is a naturally friendly, enthuisiastic and kind individual. She has a very strong capacity to connect with people very well. She has a delightful way of engaging with everyone from all walks of life and making them feel very comfortable and at ease. She has a flair for sales and is willing to go the extra mile. No task is too small or too big for her. She has a wonderful approach to getting any job done.
