Rebranded from Eirteic to DeployPartners Standout projects during my time with DeployPartners include building, testing and deploying IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager at a cable TV and telco in order for them to meet contractual obligations for a managed services customer. This was a very challenging project, as it was the first deployment of ITNCM in New Zealand, and was the first time I had been exposed to the product. With help from an Australian colleague, the project was concluded successfully. Following on from this project, when the telco was bought by a major mobile telco, I consolidated the two Tivoli Netcool monitoring platforms from both companies into a single unified platform. DeployPartners also took over the support of all of the OSS tools previously handled by another consulting firm within the telco I have assisted a major mobile telco with a bespoke performance management and collaboration tool written in NodeJS and using RRAs to store time series data and have provided BAU support for various tools owned by the OSS team and the NOC at the telco. In particular, I have been involved in integrating new technologies into the Tivoli Netcool fault management platform, including the IPTV technologies. I have also deployed and configured new Netscout probes into the mobile network. I have been involved in projects in Australia, both remote and on-site which included assisting with building the new fault management and service assurance platform at a major mobile telco, and also was brought in to help close off two problematic projects in the energy sector for an energy transmission company based in Melbourne and another based in Rockhampton. I have also provided BAU support for the managed services provided to a major mobile telco by DeployPartners. I have conducted on-site training for an energy transmission company based in Hobart on their (at the time) newly deployed IBM Tivoli Netcool Operations Insight platform Show less
