It is very important for actuaries to have 3 qualities if they are to be exceptional. Firstly a diverse skill set, secondly experience at manager level and thirdly to be technically strong. FC has all three and if you've worked with him you'll know he is also happy to lead by example. He could very easily manage a whole project by himself but it takes a real top class professional to manage the assignment responsibly by letting those in the team do what they are best at. Headed up innovation function in the Customer Insights and Analytics (CIA) space. This led to the successful implementation of various innovative initiatives Responsible for all CIA model development on the Hortonworks Big Data stack. This resulted in the first CIA models deployed on a Big Data stack for the bank Headed the Campaign Analytics team in a caretaking role.
