  Fazira DelGuidice provided design services for apartment and condominium communities developed by Del American, Inc and its related entities for 15 years, from 1995 through 2010. The 8 projects designed (over 3500 residential units) ranged from luxury garden style apartments to ultra luxury high rise condominiums, which included The Grand Reserve at Park Place located in Clearwater Florida, winner of ‘The Best Luxury Garden Apartment Community’ by NAHB in the National Pillars Awards. Her design services included interior / exterior elevations and floor plans of buildings, units, club houses, guardhouses and amenities along with the selections of finishes, materials, colors, and products.
