      As a postdoctoral researcher, I focused on microarray analysis of tissues (Thymus, Spleen, Liver, Kidney) obtained from CMAH-KO pigs. The objective was to compare the gene ontology with that of wild-type pigs. Given the structural and genetic similarities between pigs and humans, pigs are considered potential candidates for organ transplantation in humans. Following the microarray analysis, I conducted in-silico investigations using DAVID software to identify specific differential gene ontology and KEGG pathways associated with immune-related disorders.
