This role had 3 facets. I was responsible for formalising the Branch strategic plan and conducting a SWOT analysis. I was the Project Manager of the building of the new Animal Centre (1.2mill project completed under budget), inc managing the feasibility study, construction budget, resource consents, design and layout, and the internal fit-out of the project.
