Susan Berkenbush
During the year that I’ve worked with her, Faye has impressed me as a dynamic go-getter who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the work done. Our team was charged with transforming a transactional organization into a strategic, proactive one. Much of Faye’s foundational work in the professional services category, including baseline contracting, sourcing plan development, and RFP development and processing, has been adopted as the new standard, and has been leveraged across other category teams. Faye has also acted as the team lead, providing direction and mentorship to new category managers. As a consummate professional that drives winning results, I would recommend her without hesitation.
Cassandra Freeman
Faye was a tremendous asset to the sourcing org at Gap. She’s a strategic thinker and was a valuable thought partner for the direct sourcing teams. She led the labels and packaging category and spent time internationally doing transformation work. Beyond that she’s a pleasure to work with - invested in people’s development and always available to talk through category work, challenges and strategies. She’d be an asset to any sourcing team!
