   My job involve well-educated, informed, quick review of medical records and summarize the necessary information from all the available medical records including and not limited to doctor/nurses handwritten notes. Here we are working for multiple law firms based in USA. We work from attorney’s perspective [usually plaintiff], which helps them to write deposition, demand letters as well as to file a lawsuit for adjudication.  Expertise in cases like motor vehicle accident claims, medical malpractice, slip and fall, pedestrian versus vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and workers’ compensation.  My job also involves demanding any missing treatment records or bills from the concerned hospitals as well as capturing ICD/CPT codes, highlight discrepancies if any, highlight drug allergies or any noncompliance, capture pre-existing conditions, highlight future treatment and treatment cost, disability, use of illicit drugs, highlight alcohol abuse, wage loss as well as affect on activities of daily living secondary to accident/incident.  I also manage daily work flow and delivery of cases to the client, assigning cases to the team members based on the priority, resolving queries, coordinate with team members for their doubts, and also does quality check before it get delivered to the client with no errors.  My job also involves replying to client mails and to communicate with clients for any doubts or opinion, sending delivery mails to the client, co-ordinate and following up with RFR team (Requesting For Records) for missing records/bills.  Maintain track of cases which are on trial to ensure medical summary is updated.
