I have worked in Fay in various guises during the past decade, during which time her professionalism has never floundered. I firstly worked alongside Fay when she worked as a press officer at Medway Council. As a reporter I found her to be professional and reliable in her dealings with the media and was able to present a well-rounded response to an enquiry, within deadline. As a former journalist herself, she managed to answer reporters’ questions, while at the same time upholding the reputation of her organisation. I learned a great deal from Fay during our time at Medway Council’s press and marketing team, where Fay took an active role in developing my skills as a press officer. She was an excellent tutor with impeccable writing skills and a calm approach who offered sensible advice to develop my skills as a negotiator and writer. Fay is someone who understands the demands and requirements of being a professional communicator and writer and offers sound and reliable advice on a range of politically sensitive issues. I have always enjoyed working with Fay and I have no qualms in recommending her work.

Although only with us for a short time, Fay was an excellent addition to the team. Fay is a very talented marketing and media professional with exceptional writing skills who I highly recommend to any future employer.
