      Capital Management House is the first institution to be granted the Category 1 investment license from the Central Bank of Bahrain. The Company has a paid up capital of US$47 million and an authorized capital of US$ 100 million. CMH has recently completed its process of increasing its paid up capital to US$100 million and upgraded its license to Wholesale Investment Bank. During my time at CMH, I have been responsible of: • Due diligence and financial evaluation of prospective private equity and venture capital transactions; • Real estate and project evaluation; • Financial structuring of project deals and investment platforms; • Structuring and preparation of project plans for prospective investments. • Preparation of market/feasibility studies as well as placement memorandum; • Coordinating with the legal and risk management departments to ensure that the published deals are in line with both the CBB’s and Islamic Additionally, I was actively involved in the placement process of sourcing investment funds from prospective clients from across the GCC and particularly Qatar to participate in CMH transactions.

Investate started with a paid up capital of US$1 million and it later raised its paid up capital to US$108 million and an authorized capital of US$500 million in October 2007. I was one of the first employees who joined Investate, and I joined as a Principal in the Investment & Investment Placement Departments.
