- Understanding the technicality and operational logic behind the working of the product. - To bring the Project from Concept to Commissioning. - Coordinating with the client for the installations. - To troubleshoot the problems during and after the installation of the Products. - Preparation of Proposed and as-built architecture design for the projects - Site Survey, Design & Estimation, Preparation of bill of quantity for Security & LV Systems. - Meeting the clients and understanding the requirements. - Supporting the sales team to prepare the Quotation. - Briefing the client about the project's progress. - Provide support to the sales and service team in installation and design sales strategies. - Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule. - Planning and setting daily targets to complete the site within the agreed time. - Train and Mentor the team - Ensuring work site safety and occupation of health - Material procurement according to the Site specifications - Providing technical advice. - Experienced in the material submittal and project documentation. - Experience in negotiating purchases with suppliers. - Experience in coordination with suppliers and manufacturers. - Technical support for the customers through a series of actions. - Experience in software installation and troubleshooting - Managing SLA - List of the products that I have been working with: CCTV, Access Control Systems, PA systems, Time Attendance, Barriers & Bollards, Queue management systems, EAS security systems, Intrusion alarms, Structures cabling & access points, etc.
