To Supervise & Check the production activities, ensuring smooth production of the plant at all levels. In charge of day-to-day operations in Formaldehyde, UF& Molding compound, UF/MF-Resin Plant. Direct Report to Production Manager. Preparation and analyzing production reports (DPR, Morning report, Monthly reports, daily finished goods and raw materials Audit etc.) and maintain the production and others data base records. Planning & performing the unit start-up, shutdowns & troubleshooting activities. Planning & supervising the production team activities and guiding them for trouble free operation. Monitoring the safety of operation of the plant and process. Production scheduling, planning& accounting for production targets achievements. To ensure availability of raw material at plant i.e. Methanol,UFC(Urea FormaldehydeConcentrated),Urea,cellulose,Chemical additives and Sea salt. To keep all production parameters under control & ensure the process being at standard conditions of safety and quality. To ensure the daily operations in the Molding Dryer, crushing, Milling Production Area and Molding Product Packing. Ensuring production according to the Q.C standard & Customer requirements. Issuance and follow up of work requests for routine & scheduled maintenance jobs with maintenance department.Areas of Experience Kneader and Dryer Milling section such as crusher, Ball mill and Sieve Vibrator etc. High Temperature Reactor Vaporizer Heat exchangers Condenser Distillation Colum Off gas (Hydrogen Gas) Processor

Gained essential field experience as an internee at Pak Arab refinery (PARCO). I gained valuable ‘know-how’ of crude distillation column (CDU), Vacuum Distillation Column (VDU), and Diesel Hydro Desulphurizing Unit (DHDS).Studied and learned Heat Exchangers, Valves, pumps its different types and their working mechanism.
