Making sure customers rightfully received correct check when a reissue happens.• Tech support - able to test and upgrade systems at a hardware and software level. For example able to test windows 10 before release date to make sure scanner software, website is still fully compatible and functional with rebate system (scanner software and chrome) as an example.
