I worked with Faton during my internship days at UCA.Faton is a hands on person with excellent technical knowledge and has expertise in investment castings, machining,forging and fabrication.He has worked in Lean Six Sigma environment and management of supply chain which included supplying high precision machined components to leading tier 1 manufacturers in USA.He would be one of the few people with this unique exposure of high mix high volume manufacturing environment.In addition to this he is very adept with 3d Design modeling (CAD/CAM) software (Solidworks),GD&T standards,has good software programming knowledge.He is a great person to work with, always smiling and great teacher.He was one of my best mentors during my stay at UCA.I wish him good luck and great future ahead.
