Fatma was one of the most dedicated and conscientious managers in the SRD team at Kipa. She always spent time to understand any opportunity or challenge fully, and then worked out the solution both creatively and objectively using insight and data. Fatma's presentations were always well thought through, and were delivered with authority and in a way that engaged the audience throughout. She always took care to ensure others understood her thinking, taking complexity out of issues and keeping things simple in order to bring others with her.
