Film composer and music producer Vikas Kohli loves to cook up new sounds. Your starter is a plate of punk with a dash of bhangra. Your main will be an order of orchestra with fresh EDM seasoning. Wash it all down with a vintage Crunk cup of hip-hop with ambient tannins. Kohli has shared his dishes with filmmakers and recording artists from Canada, India, Europe and the USA. His compositions have appeared in award-winning feature films, award-winning documentaries, and award-winning comedies. They've also been telecast as live performances at award shows as far away as the IIFA (International Indian Film Academy) Awards and as nearby as the Hamilton Music Awards. Albums and singles he's co-written and produced have charted in Canada, India, Luxembourg, Paris, and Portugal. He's been profiled by ET Canada, CBC The National, CTV, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, The Hindustan Times, Times of India and Zee News.
