Has been assigned under Petronas Petrochemical Project Package 6 #P6A in the production of 350KTA LLDPE.Fully expose to the petrochemical plant environment and Petronas work ethics at site.Familiar with the Petronas HSE Policy Zeto Rules and manage to implement Petronas Standard of documentation.Responsible in preparing document by implementing Petronas Standard by making permit to work (PTW), job hazard analysis (JHA), procedure and RFI (Request for Inspection) before job commencement which need approval from Petronas.Improved work efficiency of pre-commissioning and commissioning activity by making schedule & planning by reviewing P&ID and assist supervisor in the technical development to be done on time which need to be liase with Petronas. Responsible in issuance of outgoing and incoming document to Petronas such as test report to be submitted daily after test & inspection done at site. Supervised & monitored the pre-commissioning activity such as pressure test, piping cleaning(10-15barg), catalyst loading and commissioning activity such as leak test(25barg), mechanical run test, loading hydrocarbon with various method and procedure needed for every testSuccessfully delivered the job of vendor selection for chemical cleaning & oil lab test activity from starting till end of reports within time and under budget which fulfill Petronas requirement.
