  During my 4 months internship in Latexx partners Berhad, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experiences working in glove industry.- Had a chance to visit and gained knowledge and experience on how the process of glove production. Besides, I have been guided on the process of lab evaluation in the R&D laboratory.- Being a trainee in R&D department, I was given projects, lab evaluation and assignments. All of this assignments was assigned to me to study on how to counter and solve problem issue by doing some research and test in order to produce high quality glove. -Besides, I have been guided on the process of lab evaluation in the R&D laboratory. With all the lab evaluation and tasks given, I been able to learned and gained experiences in:1. Line dipping2. Lab dipping3. Compounding latex4. Process of lab evaluation- Also been given to do the documentation support such as compiling data and report of the projects. This task really improve my skills in documentation especially in using Microsoft Excel.
