  My practice includes managing and following up clients’ brand strategies, protecting, and enforcing portfolios rights. My clients range from international conglomerates to local star ups. I'm handling specifically the prosecution strategy of domestic and foreign applicants in a range of industries. I'm experienced and well versed in Qatar and GCC Intellectual property laws pertaining to trademarks and industrial designs. I have also gained experience in trademark registrations in the US, Canada, UK, and EU through Alyafi IP's wide network of agents and clients. I am currently focusing on managing and following up on clients’ portfolio in the GCC Countries. I also represent clients at the trademark office tribunals with regards to opposition proceedings and rejections in addition to office actions. I have been involved in Intellectual property matters for more than 7 years, in different functions. In addition, I have built over the years a strong business relationship with our affiliates and clients due to my high sense of ownership and responsibility. In addition, I'm very detailed oriented which helped Alyafi IP Group in organizing a smooth training program to assist and enable new team members to understand the work process and different trademark registration regulations and processes in multiple Arab countries.
