I run and manage the job placement and internship programme, orchestrating opportunities for students to immerse themselves in work experience and establish links with potential companies and employers. This effort has culminated in an 80% job placement rate in the first quarter after students graduate. I oversee ESEN's scholarship programme, ensuring a transparent and equitable selection of beneficiaries while providing essential support to ensure their academic success. I have been teaching HR and Organisational Behaviour since 2008, channelling my experience and knowledge to guide students in their professional and personal progress. I foster relationships with various foreign universities, managing the logistics of student exchange and forging agreements and conventions that will foster international collaboration in the academic field. I provide comprehensive care and support to students in various facets, ensuring their well-being and academic satisfaction. I coordinate the university's social service, ensuring that students acquire relevant practical experience and contribute to the development of society.
