I worked along side Faten for 5 years and can truly say she inspired me! Faten worked tirelessly to ensure 100% satisfaction in the Etihad Lounges. Faten has a natural ability to create strong interpersonal relationships and uses this ability to be able to get great results from her colleagues, team members and vendors she manages. You always know where you stand with Faten- she is firm but fair with everyone she deals with and will go out of her way to help. Faten has dedicated many years to honing her skills in Facilities Management and is always wanting to learn more. I've been so lucky to call her my colleague and friend and learned so much from her. She is a true asset to anyone she works for and with!

      I have a broad knowledge of the current Cabin Crew Recruitment process. During my time with Etihad, I have built strong relationships not only with related departments, but many others as well. Working alongside the current Recruitment Manager has increased my knowledge of the processes. Being part of the “Working group” for the new Careers website (StepStone) enhanced my capabilities enabling me to be innovative, hands-on, and up-to-date with the current day-to-day operations. For the past almost 3 years, I have been a Recruitment Officer (part time), leading many Assessment days both locally and abroad.
