Faseun Tolulope was a standout in his field. I had worked with him for over 9 years where he grew from a Utility Operator to a Utilities Process Operator. From there he also grew to the role of a Process Technician (Artisan) In terms of process knowledge, he his multiskilled as an Operator and as a technician. He always takes up leadership roles in his department and well as championing different projects while we were implementing our Work Class Manufacturing Practices (Manufacturing Way in SABMiller) and Voyager Plant optimization in AB-Inbev). He has great problem-solving skill. Tolulope was very much instrumental to most of the improvement made in the Key Performance Indicators in his department. He a go goal getter. He can spend beyond business time and weekends to ensure projects are delivered. He is also a good leader that ensures he coaches and empowers his colleagues on any knowledge he has.
