      As marketing manager responsible for the campaigns of the consumer event Top Gear Live. Working in an international team of passionate professionals, the work does stretch towards sales and production activities. Which is one of my strengths to connect al disciplines in the event and make sure it's thought through and executed as one holistic concept.In 2010 and 2011 I worked on organizing Top Gear Live Oslo 2011 in Norway on a consultancy basis, with end responsibility on ticket no's. The event in March 2011 was a success with over 46.000 visitors and complete sold out shows. The Dutch edition in Amsterdam, january 2010 welcomed around 48.000 visitors and was sold out as well. The PR and media coverage were my responsibility. The PR stunts were coordinated by my team of professionals. It was amazing to contribute to developing these inspiring brands and work with this international team.

      The real Taste international culinary event (editions in London, Dublin, Melbourne, Sydney, Capetown, Dubai and Milan) is finally organised in Amsterdam. For the launch of this event I contributed as a marketing manager. Within this role I worked on the event concept as a whole, the marketing campaign of both the launch year and second edition, programming, visitor promotion, ticketing and PR. Result: In 2009 around 15.000 visitors and in 2010, 16.000 visitors. The festival is still going strong as the most recognised culinary event in the capital and has had it's 9th edition in 2017. The best part of the job? The fact that I could use my creativity as wel as my strategy skills in such a dynamic environment and be involved in an international concept.

      In the biggest stadium of the Netherlands, home of Ajax and the decor of many great international artists, 55.000 people need to eat and drink. This is of course a mayor challenge. Especially since the stakeholders involved are different in most events, as is the target audience. As a projectmanager I was specifically responsible to kickstart and develop projects that would increase sales, optimize salesmix or execute marketing campaigns of partners. In this role I developed and implemented new food concepts (from concept idea to building phase), introduced new products and a mobile distribution channel, developed a company pricing and salesmix strategy and set up new partnerships with suppliers.
