      The Taste international culinary events with editions in London, Dublin, Melbourne, Sydney, Capetown, Dubai and Milan was finally organised in Amsterdam in 2009 - 2010. For the launch of this event I contributed as a marketing and concept manager. Within this role I worked on the event concept as a whole, the marketing campaign of both the launch year and second edition, programming, visitor promotion, ticketing and PR. Result: In 2009 around 15.000 visitors and in 2010, 16.000 visitors. The festival is still going strong as the most recognised culinary event in the capital and will have it's 12th edition in 2021. The best part of the job? The fact that I could use my creativity as wel as my strategy skills in such a dynamic environment and be involved in an international concept and food community. Show less

In this role I developed and implemented new food concepts (from concept idea to building phase), introduced new products and a mobile distribution channel, developed a company pricing and salesmix strategy and set up new partnerships with suppliers.
