  Aria Oil is an EPC company about thousand employees. Correspondence office wanted to move away from their old Oracle system to a SharePoint based solution that is easy to maintain and would enable electronic (rather than fax and mail) collaboration with their projects and supporting offices around the country. The client also required full data and image migration from existing system. We proposed them a solution based on WSS 3.0. we created collaboration workspaces on different site collections for individual department. Each department has their own libraries to store correspondence, then we implemented some workflows by Visual Studio to store and track any transaction on a central repository, also a task aggregator web part with special features to track correspondences, we called it My Works, any task related to faxes, mails, emails and correspondences cross site collections will shown on the My Works web part. History of all mail, email and fax transaction will be store on a central repository, and there is a page to do search on documents and metadata, we created custom site and list definitions and content types for classification based on departments, priorities etc.

  It's a governmental archiving system based on WSS 3.0, we are planning to archive more than 1.5 TB documents and indexing them based on MARC XML & Dublin Core Standards. It has a custom thesaurus for Persian keywords implemented by built-in features of WSS and make results in search.

It’s a Portal Site and Ministry of Economy wants to search especial peoples and companies’ tax information. We connected BDC to multiple databases, more than 3,000,000 records to crawling contents, so management is able to do advanced search and find tax information of requested companies.   Saman is a famous Insurance company, more than 500 employees, main requirements is implementing a correspondence tracking system based on MOSS 2007, The Governor's Correspondence and scheduling office receive hundreds of letters every single day from more than thousands branch offices, brokers and customers. Over the years their task become increasingly difficult as mail volume grew. We implemented an intranet and departmental portal based on MOSS 2007, distributed correspondence library for each department, a central Record Repository for archiving and tracking all mail transaction between departments, received mails, and sent mails outside company. We used Nintex Workflow 2007 for designing workflows and reporting cross the farm.
