1. Appointed as PIC the branch office and ensure that the operation is operate accordingly 2. Responsible to manage and coordinate any project in east coast region i.e.:- 2.1 Manpower - Liaise with HQ and support them for arrangement candidate for the interview. - Responsible to represent HQ in any meeting with client. - Responsible to give a briefing & explanation on contract term & conditions. - Responsible to do recruitment from beginning until hire - Manage to provide proper PPE and meet client HSE requirement each staff. - Coordinate with staff to collect timesheet - Responsible to review time sheet, ot claim, expenses claim and leave form every month and do the calculation. - Compile and key in the data in respective sheet for monthly report of salary and invoice processing. - To keep and up to date the record every staff such as claim, ot, leave record etc; manage create separate record for these to ensure its proper store and be use for yearly appraisal. 3. Tendering - Assist tender team to attend any site visit @ tender briefing in East Coach Region by come out with report. - Assist team to find vendor/supplier to sourcing quotation to complete a tender. - Assist team to submit tender by hand to any client in East Coach Region Show less
