  While working at the scene I started as just a senior sales advisor, then moved up the ranks to become a supervisor. Everyday I worked within the shop I would open the shop and check the morning float I would not do this alone I would be accompanied with an other college. During the day I would focus on customer service and also focus on keeping the shop looking clean and well presented, I would also ensure that all paperwork, E.G. figures, time sheet, daily reports and many more, we’re all updated and correct. The team I have worked with at the scene have been very forward thinking and hard working. While working at the scene I have learned how to be a better leader and also learnt how to work better independently as well as control a Team, I have also developed an eye for detail.

My daily duties would have consist of giving a high standard of customer service, as well as looking after the members of staff. Ona daily basis my duty’s would change every day depending on what events we have on that day.
