  ● Supported campers, families, and staff to help them thrive at camp, including training staff to support the mental, emotional, and social health of all campers and staff. ● Completed assessments and created care plans to document individuals’ needs and prepare counselors to meet those needs, including how to respond to campers experiencing anxiety, depression, black and white thinking, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, homesickness, disordered eating, communication challenges, sensory needs, and challenges with personal hygiene. ● Participated in an international Community of Practice and completed multiple trainings on the topics of eating disorders, self-harm, suicide, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, documentation, training staff, and utilizing a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). ● Participated in the Keshet Leadership Project to put LGBTQ+ equality into practice, which included completing a camp assessment, two days of intensive training, and creating an action plan to make Camp Ben Frankel more welcoming and inclusive for all campers and staff members.
