Executed the schematic design, design development, planning, technicalcoordination, meeting with other suppliers, consultants and clients. Responsible for the façade designand alteration to fit within the cost budget allocated. Assisted in the Development Order/ Building Plan submission to the local authority. Tender Drawing Preparation is ongoing.• Project of 99 bungalow consisting few types of designs and a clubhouse at Melaka Villa. Committed tothe Design Schematic, Design Development until Tender Drawing (on going). Delivered rendering andvisualising of the whole development to stimulate the mood needed by the client.• Explored and illustrated 120 acres of Masterplan Design at Pulai, Johor.• Assembled and composed more than ten design proposals for the client and investor. Conviced themthrough series of beautifully rendered images of the development.
