  1. Insulation material check to ensure all materials on site meets engineering design requirement. Report Overage and shortage.2. Sign request for insulation release form for equipment’s and piping and ensure that all pre-insulation placement activities are completed before insulation is allowed. 3. Conduct pre-insulation and insulation dimensional checks on equipment’s and piping for insulation. 4. Raise Inspection Request Form (RFI) and ensure close-out final inspection checklist on completion.5. Ensure proper documentation, Commissioning and transmittal of all insulation project related documentation.6. Ensure QA/QC Signed and closed out all completed insulation activity including punch-list.7. Represent the contractor during client audit of QA/QC activities and documentation as per project specification.8. Raise information form for document review and modification were site condition contradicts the project specification. 9. Carry-out receiving material inspection with QA/QC personnel for painting and insulation.10. Surveillance check on field and personnel craftsmanship on site to avoid loss of man-hour and rejection during inspection. 11. Verify painting and insulation requirement of the project (Specification) against Isometric drawings provisions.
