Attached to the assurance service line (sub-service line: audit) where I assisted in the audit of a major EY client.Mainly tasked to:- Agree subsidiary draft account figures to SRM figure.- Conduct vouching of bank reconciliation documents, bank statements, bank confirmation documents, payment transactions, purchase transactions etc. to verify and test the existences of relevant transactions. - Update, agree & amend the figures in the Consolidated Working Paper for the holding company, against the figures in management accounts & drafted financial statements of all its' 47 subsidiaries. Responsible over four Consolidated Working Papers: Plant,Property & Equipment (PPE), Investment Properties (IP), Lease Liabilities, & Right-of-Use (ROU) assets.- Document sighting to verify existence, relevance and accuracy of the information received from the client.Throughout the execution of these tasks during my engagement, I have increased my skills in operating the Information for Competitive Advantage (IFCA) system, Microsoft AXAPTA and Microsoft Excel for the purpose of accounting and auditing.

• Elected as secretary and event emcee for “The Future of Logistics” forum. A collaboration project between Sunway Business & Investment Society and Sunway University Global Supply Chain.• Elected as group leader for public relations sub-team. Tasks include coordinating and supervising a team of six members to create interesting & relevant content and write articles to be posted on Sunway Business & Investment Society’ LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts.• Lead designer for above public relations sub-team. Tasked with designing visually appealing graphic posters to attract audiences and followers of the club’s social media accounts.• This role allowed me to upskill in various areas including creative writing, business writing,graphic designing & content strategy and planning.

Volunteered for 3 weeks as a project assistant to gain exposure and experience working in a large organization. Assisted in sponsorship/project approval processes, vendor selection processes and act as a liaison between Yayasan Sime Darby, project partners and vendors for programmes such as Back To School 2021, World Hearing Campaign in collaboration with HEARS UKM and Secondary Level Curriculum Project for Out-of-school Children and Youths in collaboration with Taylors University and Yayasan Chow Kit.Performance during the three weeks can be summarized in the letter of appreciation attached.

• Elected as the class representative to assist in day-to-day student management to ensure that lecturers are able to conduct classes in a smooth and timely manner.• Acted as a liaison between the students of UDE 18 (Section 2) and the student affairs department of UMCCED. Tasks include effectively listening, collating and communicating the views and concerns of all students I represented.

Project Leader for The COVID-19 CarePacks Programme

The COVID-19 Care Packs Programme was conducted as a requirement for the completion of the Diploma in Accounting qualification under the course of Social Responsibility. Care Packs were distributed to Food Aid Foundation an NGO that acts as a food bank and provided food for front-liners during the COVID-19 pandemic:• Elected as the project leader to lead 60 students in the successful completion of the project.• Funding for the project was collected through the efforts of online crowdfunding, food and beverage sales and pre-loved clothing sales. RM 5,552.40 was collected in the span of 6 weeks exceeding targetof RM 4,000. Gained valuable leadership, project management and project organization skills.
