      Working as site mechanical engineer for HVAC & building utilities piping and major power piping works of following major projects. 1.Qurayyah combine cycle power plant,Khober ( 4300 MW) 2. PP-10 Power Plant,Riyadh( 4600 MW) For this position major responsbilities are : DESIGN CHECK FOR: a) Constructability as per site conditions. b) Completeness c) Issue FCN’S(FIELD CHANGE NOTICE) without affecting design parameters d) Highlight critical design not issued as IFC e) Analyze and resolving field problems f) Material take off & Issue BOM as per PTS g) Confirm deliveries of materials are in line with site task requirement • PLANNING-2 Week Look Ahead/2 months(Material/ Engineering) a) Obtain 2 weeks look ahead for planning b) Propose “recovery schedule” (if required) c) Update recovery schedule d) Report back on performance against planned to calculate the earned value on weekly basis. e) Finalize upcoming activities & identify forthcoming missing requirements( Manpower, Material, Design) • CONSTRUCTION: a) Compile QC/Safety requirement for task assigned to foreman & coordinate with client QC /Safety to satisfy requirement. b) Providing technical advice to subcontractor on the overall HVAC & Piping construction & equipment installation activities and to coordinate priorities and support in trouble shooting. c) Quantify all task & set duration with productivity requirement as per planning. d) Confirm that punch lists are issued to comply with contract requirement. e) Confirm work completeness before issuing RFI. f) Close punch list immediately to avoid stoppage of work. g) Confirm availability of equipment/tools/scaffolding. h) Coordinate with other disciplines to interface work and minimize interference. i) Inspecting site progress for work produced by contractor & Sub-contractor and initiate RFI with QC. j) Preparing and submitting Test packages for hydro test of pipe works, ECC Completion packages to client prior to system handing over.
