      I work as a Consultant/Research Associate for the project "Assessment of Demand and Supply of Forest Products and Services, to Quantify Contribution of Forests to Rural Livelihood and National Economy". The Project is World Bank funded, carried out under the ambit of Pakistan's Ministry of Climate Change REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) Program. REDD+ is a concept adopted by the parties to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).Scope of Work:• Assisted the project team lead in designing a sampling framework for 9 different surveys across the country. • Developed a comprehensive field reporting and forecasting model to ensure daily & weekly reporting and timely execution of fieldwork from December 2021-February 2022.• Simultaneously led and monitored 9 teams of 36 members across 6 geographically dispersed regions and 74 districts. Successfully overachieved field survey targets by 32 %.• Managed correspondence with provincial coordinators, core and technical teams, and government departments.• Conducted focus group discussions, qualitative case studies, and in-depth interviews for providing input in the analysis of forest-based employment, livelihoods, marginalized groups' dependence, and gender dimension across the supply value chain.• Assisted in deliverable-based progress reporting, statistical and qualitative data analysis, report writing, literature review, and managerial tasks.
