  Working as Team Lead for VoIP Operations. Responsible for Configuration, Implementation, Troubleshooting and Managing VoIP calling Servers, DIDs, SMS gateways. Complete ownership with responsibility for SIP & SMPP trunks and accounts. Providing support for VoIP Calling solution,Smart Phone APP to APP and APP to GSM Calling and SMS services for C5 customers and SMS Campaign Handling. SMS and VOIP rates management, liaising with carriers for commercial as well as technical matters. Managing billing rates and packages for all C5/retail customers, and cost management of VOIP and SMS carriers. Daily network reports analysis and troubleshooting for A-Z destinations using tool like IP soft phones, Wireshark and server logs.
