I have worked with Fareed for three years (and counting), and he is definitely a delight to work with. He is extremely versatile, currently managing multiple projects simultaneously and is able to switch hats/roles with ease. Our tech and ops colleagues hold Fareed in high regard because of his ability to actively listen, advise and convey each respective parties’ opinions effectively. He’d also actively check in with the team to see if we need his help and is always willing to extend his assistance in just about anything (even if it is something beyond his scope of work). Fareed is definitely a great team player and a rising leader. I highly recommend him for senior positions that will harness not just his technical skills, but also his work ethics and soft skills.
