I developed and prototyped a fully functional integrated PC on disk drive form factor, running WIN XP. Serial ATA Specification DevelopmentWorking with a group of top architects from Intel, IBM, Dell, Seagate and APT, successfully developed the Serial ATA specification before it was adopted industry wide. Proposed and staffed a team of engineers to address the slow performance issue of the ATA interface for the storage devices. Managing 3 separate, Software, Hardware and Architecture teams, and working closely with internal product marketing/sales teams, in a short period of 6 months, developed, and proposed a series of performance enhancement IPs to the ATA standards committee. This development work established the Ultra ATA 33, 66, 100 and later the Ultra SCSI interface standards.
