Management of all site related compliance activities including power, regulatory, federal and state environmental programs (PJM, SERC, EIA, EPA, VDEQ). Tasks involve preparation and submittals of EDRs for Part 75 reporting, Quarterly Linearity and CGAs, Annual RATA testing, Particulate Matter/VOC stack testing and Ammonia Slip Stack testing, Monthly and Annual EIA data reporting, Storm-water management plan and managing other state and local county reporting programs. Development and Management of NERC compliance procedures and policies for Panda Stonewall. Prepare test procedures and participate in testing of plant equipment to ensure fulfillment of regulatory, reliability and contract specifications.
