Led Reimaging Recovery, the Board’s response to COVID-19 which produced the Economic Blueprint Playbook for Recovery (link below). Restructured the Public Affairs department to integrate communications, government and stakeholder relations. Introduced organization-wide processes to remove communication and collaboration barriers, and to create new partnerships across departments and with members. Ushered in a new policy framework focusing on regional priorities including talent, transportation, trade, technology and, energy.
