   Issue all types of cards : debit , credit and prepaid cards for all AM bank clients.  Monitor the daily work that is done by all cards operations team.  Generate and update daily KYC report (information about customers) .  Monitor cards that are still active on the system but linked to an account that is Blocked.  Coordinate with the MIS team about cards that should be embossed.  Coordinate with the IT department in case of any system error regarding a client.  Monitor the Proof of delivery for all the new delivered cards.  Maintenance requests such as cancelations, reactivations, replacement, address maintenance (change in workplace or from one branch to another), and increase limit on a credit card.
