A once in a lifetime talent. I worked with Farah at Channel 9. I can not praise her enough, she's caring, thoughtful, and did I say caring? Farah is a great reporter but what makes her special is her dedication to not-for-profits. Farah uses her voice to help. She knows how to leverage her job and social media following to spotlight needs. Farah is a special talent and its amazing she's out there lending her powerful voice to help.

Farah is extremely talented. She Broadcasts at at high level. I always feel such a great connection when watching her on tv. No matter what story she is covering, she displays a great deal of passion. Farah has a special talent and is a true motivation and inspiration to me and many others. Her contents makes people smile and her stories stand out as a broadcaster and digital content creator. I’ve learned so much being able to intern and gather advice from Farah. She is an incredible talent, an impeccable leader, and extremely wonderful individual to cross paths with. I encourage any up and coming talent to watch Farah and learn from her many abilities and skillset as a broadcast and digital journalist. I am so thankful to have experience being an intern underneath her direction. Farah has shown me a lot and has given some phenomenal tools that has helped me to become a better broadcast and digital journalism.

Up before dawn ready to report the local news of the day live all across Central New York. As a reporter at WSYR-TV NewsChannel 9 -- I reported on general assignment news, human interest features, breaking news and various franchise reports for "The Real Deal," "Your Stories," and "Made in Central New York." In the past, I anchored The Morning News on the weekends. I produced to 30-minute newscasts before taking the desk to anchor for more than a year. When I am not working with a news photographer on two daily news packages, I am reporting as an MMJ (Multi-Media Journalist) shooting and editing my own news packages. Show less
