Fara is one of the most diligent project manager that I ever work with. Her strength is in people management and human relationships, which are the crucial skillsets to run successful projects. Her hard skills in project management is also unquestionable.

      - I designed and developed the project governance framework that includes routines, reporting, risk and issue management, and project management control processes for a Bloomberg Global Mayors Challenge programme, to support 15 cities worldwide to demonstrate solutions to key global issues such as sustainability, equity, and inclusion. - To ensure the project team's accountability, I closely engage with the 20+ people in the team from 10 different countries to monitor progress, risks, issues, and opportunities and enable an organic collaborative problem-solving culture.- I lead the document and knowledge management process, two foundations that enable the project team to share lessons learned collectively, supporting the efforts to deliver impacts. Delivery Associates (DA) is the leading public sector advisory group focused on delivering impact to people. DA partners with governments, public and social sector organizations, and philanthropies to create measurable public value for citizens by using Deliverology®. - In 2020-2021, I have also worked closely with the first National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) country Secretariat in Indonesia to make progress on their target of reducing marine plastic waste by 70% by 2025. In this role, I helped the Secretariat establish four task forces—financing, innovation, metrics, and behavior change. In addition, I supported other NPAP countries: Ghana and Pakistan. This work was rewarding for me both personally and professionally. - In 2021, I led the Liveable Cities Dashboard Philippines project, consolidating multiple data sources to provide residents, funders, and city leaders with an interactive visual profile of 146 cities in the Philippines. Using the dashboard, cities can effectively engage stakeholders, including city and national agencies, businesses, academes, NGOs, and citizens.- I also supported the Uzbekistan Education Reform Program (UERP). Together with the team, we identified best practices and advice on tailoring to Uzbekistan, trade-offs between policy options, engage with stakeholder groups and donor support, and support for COVID-19 schools reopening. We have facilitated 10+ webinars for school principals across the country, attended by total 3000+ participants. Show less
